This Consent Agreement is entered into between FIGU LTDA, trading under the trade name FKN-E, located at Alameda Santos, No. 705 – Suite 29, Cerqueira Cesar Neighborhood, ZIP Code: 01419-902, CNPJ 45.985.551/0001-9 hereinafter referred to as the “Controller,” and the Customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject,” in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Law No. 13.709/2018.

1. Processed Personal Data: The Controller shall access the device for storing game data.
2. Purpose of Processing: There is no personal data that will be collected by the Hook&Loop game.
3. Data Sharing: The Data Subject’s personal data may be shared with third parties only when necessary for the execution of services or compliance with legal obligations.
4. Consent: The Data Subject, by accepting this Consent Agreement, agrees freely, informed, and unequivocally to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes described in item 2 of this Agreement.
5. Data Subject’s Rights: The Data Subject has the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw their consent at any time by requesting it from the Controller.
6. Data Storage: Only the game data will be stored within the device where it is played.
7. Data Security: The Controller will adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the Data Subject’s personal data.
8. Changes to the Consent Agreement: The Controller may update this Consent Agreement, and the Data Subject will be informed of any significant changes.
